Ingredients

1 cup warm milk
2 teaspoons active dry yeast
1/4 cup granulated sugar
3/4 cup brown sugar
3 medium peaches, peeled and chopped
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon salt
2 large eggs
1/3 cup unsalted butter, melted
1 cup cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 tablespoon milk or non-dairy milk alternative
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract


Instructions

In a bowl, dissolve yeast in warm milk with a pinch of granulated sugar
Mix flour, granulated sugar, melted butter, salt, and eggs
Add yeast mixture once bubbles form after 5 minutes
Knead the dough until smooth and elastic
Allow to rest in a warm, draft-free area until doubled (~1 hour)
Roll out dough into a rectangle and spread brown sugar-cinnamon butter
Arrange chopped peaches on half the dough, fold over, and cut into 12 rolls
Place rolls in a greased 9×13″ baking pan and let rise for 30 minutes
Bake at 350°F (180°C) for 20-25 minutes until golden
Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract for frosting
Spread glaze over rolls once slightly cool
Let glaze set before slicing for serving

Ensure peaches are cut into small bites for even distribution
Adjust baking time if gluten-free flour is used
