Ingredients

1 cup brown sugar (Cassonade)
1/2 cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs
2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 cup miniature marshmallows
1/2 cup chocolate chips (fondant)
1 cup crushed graham cracker crumbs


Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C)
In a large bowl, beat softened butter with both sugars until creamy
Add whisked eggs and mix until fully combined
Gradually incorporate flour, salt, and baking soda into the wet ingredients
Fold in chocolate chips, crushed graham crackers, and miniature marshmallows using a spatula
Portion dough into 24 equal balls, spacing them on parchment-lined baking sheets
Lightly press each ball with a fork to flatten slightly
Bake 10-12 minutes until golden and edges are crisp
Let cool for at least 10 minutes before removing from sheet
