Description

A creamy Southern US dessert with layers of banana, vanilla wafers, and whipped pudding. No cooking required for this festive chilled treat.


Ingredients

1 box vanilla instant pudding mix (100g)
1 can sweetened condensed milk (185g)
5 ripe bananas
2 dozen halal vanilla wafers
2 cups flambé-type whipped topping
1 tsp pure vanilla extract


Instructions

Layer wafers in a baking dish
Mix pudding powder with cold milk (250ml) until smooth
Spread half the pudding over wafers
Arrange banana slices in overlapping pattern
Repeat with remaining pudding and banana layer
Top with whipped topping
Refrigerate 4 hours before serving

Notes
