Ingredients

Shell pasta (225g / 8oz)
Onion (1, chopped)
Beef broth (500ml / 2cups)
Milk (250ml / 1cup, whole)
Cheddar cheese (150g / 5.3oz)
Ketchup (2 tablespoons)
Mustard (1 tablespoon)
Salt (to taste)
Black pepper (to taste)
Instructions
Boil pasta in salted water until al dente, drain, and set aside.
Cook ground beef in a large skillet until browned; drain excess fat.
Add chopped onions and sauté until softened.
Pour in beef broth and reduce by half.
Stir in milk and ketchup, then mustard.
Add grated cheddar cheese, stirring until melted and saucy.
Combine cooked pasta into the skillet; mix thoroughly to coat.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
