Ingredients
2 cups shredded cooked chicken
1 1/2 cups Mexican cheese blend (cheddar or mozzarella)
8 wheat tortillas
1 tablespoon taco seasoning
1/2 cup diced bell peppers (red and green)
1 tablespoon butter
Instructions
Preheat skillet over medium heat
Add 1 tortilla and spread 1/4 cup cheese in center
Layer 1/2 cup chicken over cheese
Sprinkle 1/4 tsp taco seasoning
Top with 1/2 cup chicken and 1/4 cup cheese
Add diced peppers
Fold tortilla in half
