Ingredients
2 cups grilled chicken breast (hached)
1/4 cup ranch sauce
1/2 cup riced mozzarella
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
4 large flour tortillas
Instructions
Heat a skillet over medium heat. Warm tortillas for 10 seconds on each side until pliable.
Spoon 1/2 cup chicken, 2 tbsp ranch sauce, 2 tbsp mozzarella, and 1 tbsp cilantro into each tortilla.
Fold the bottom edge over the filling, then wrap tightly.
Return to skillet and cook 1-2 minutes until edges brown and cheese melts.
Notes
Use leftover cooked chicken for convenience.
Substitute store-bought ranch sauce with homemade if preferred.
For extra crispiness, wrap in foil after cooking and refrigerate for up to 3 days.
Use whole wheat tortillas for a fiber boost.
