Ingredients
12 lasagna sheets
2 cups ricotta cheese (500g)
2 cups shredded mozzarella (250g)
1/2 cup grated Parmesan
1 egg
Marinara sauce (2 cups, store-bought or homemade)
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh Italian herbs (optional)
Olive oil for greasing
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C)
Boil lasagna sheets for 1 minute; drain and lay flat
In a bowl, mix ricotta, mozzarella, Parmesan, egg, salt, pepper, and herbs
Spread 1-2 tablespoons of the cheese mixture evenly over each pasta sheet
Roll up tightly and place seam-side down in a greased baking dish
Pour marinara over the rolls
