Ingredients
Ground beef
500g
Taco seasoning
1 sachet
Rotel tomatoes
1 can
Black beans
1 can
Cheddar cheese (rallied)
2 cups
Corn chips
6–8 cups
Instructions
Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F)
Brown ground beef in a skillet
Stir in taco seasoning to coat
Add Rotel tomatoes and black beans
Transfer mixture to a casserole dish
Layer corn chips evenly
Sprinkle with cheddar cheese
Bake for 20 minutes
Let rest before serving

Use lean ground beef (5-15% fat) for a lighter version
Rinse canned beans to reduce sodium
Add jalapeños for extra heat
